* Manage a portfolio of HNW individuals, family groups, and SMSF clients.
* Deliver high-quality tax compliance and advisory work across personal tax and SMSFs.
* Work closely with a Director to deliver accurate and timely year-end financials and tax returns.
* Build strong, trusted client relationships and become their go-to advisor.
* Review work prepared by others and support junior team development [level dependent].
* Identify opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes.
* Experience in public practice accounting, with strong knowledge in areas such as Div7A and working with investment companies [Senior Accountant or Manager level].
* Strong personal tax experience [SMSF exposure highly regarded, or willingness to specialise].
* A genuine interest in working with individuals and families rather than business clients.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
* Confidence communicating with clients and explaining complex matters simply.
* A collaborative, down-to-earth approach to your work.
* Leadership experience, or a desire to grow in this area.
