The Program
We support re-engagement through approaches that meet individual needs. Our program offers a full-time, multi-year secondary education with flexible teaching methods.
This provides a holistic learning experience encouraging young people to set goals, develop strengths, explore future pathways and transition into adulthood, employment or further education.
Our campuses offer tailored programs integrating wellbeing and education, providing wraparound support addressing both educational and personal development needs.
Young people from diverse backgrounds face complex barriers to learning which require unique interventions. We use the Operation By Principles framework combining education with trauma-informed practices.
The Role
This position assists young people's engagement in online learning. The role works collaboratively with Teachers, other Youth Workers, Wellbeing staff and School leadership.
