Step into a role where hands on technical skill meets cutting edge mining technology. As an OT Systems Technician, you'll be the go-to expert keeping Cowal's fleet management systems, wireless networks and digital two‐way radio infrastructure running smoothly. Every day brings variety from diagnosing comms and network faults on heavy equipment, to configuring hardware, improving coverage across site, installing high precision GPS and IoT devices, or supporting MineStar and digital radio systems. You'll work closely with operations, contractors, and the Technical Services team, helping lift system performance and reliability while driving continuous improvement across our systems environment. It's the perfect role for someone wanting to step off the tools full‐time, stay hands on, and deepen their technical capability across networking, remote comms, and mining technology.
This roster is a 5/2/4/3; however, we understand that flexible work means something different to everyone and encourage you to have a conversation about the flexible work options available.

You thrive in the field, enjoy working autonomously, and bring a solid foundation across areas such as wireless networks, two‐way digital radio systems, onboard hardware installs, IoT, GPS, or fleet management systems.
