Located in beautiful Albury/Wodonga Blacklockshas been operating in the local region for over 100 years, and is partnered with a large range of great brands.
We are currently seeking a Service Managerto lead our service team. This position will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the service department to deliver a profitable and proficient service that meets the needs of customers.
These outcomes are delivered by building and maintaining a safe and cohesive work environment, adhering to processes that are proficient, and customer-focused, providing a high level of training and knowledge to all staff, and maintaining proficiencies and process optimization.
The successful applicant will have:
* Ability to develop and drive employee performance in the service department
* An extensive track record of top service department performance
* Strong leadership experience in building a positive team culture
* Preferably from an automotive industry
* Desire to lead and deliver exceptional customer service
* A high level of personal commitment to safety and compliance with safety requirements
* Superb interpersonal skills, particularly in motivating teams and creating a positive working environment
