We’re united in our belief that in banking, better can be bigger, and together we’re making it happen.Your role as Community Engagement Advisor will have a positive impact in your local community and in turn, the organisation, through aligning activities to the branch business plan and building a pipeline of new prospects and opportunities.In this dynamic and high-impact role, you’ll make your mark by:Co-ordinating and administrate community grants and sponsorship programs (including reporting and evaluation of these programs)Promoting and communicating the community banking model to grant sponsorship applications for the communityImmersing yourself within the local community. You’ll have a mind for networking and collaborations and will work with the board and branch management team to seek out, nurture and organise community relationships, partnerships and eventsTelling our stories. Through various channels, you’ll help spread the word and celebrate the work we do within the communityThis is a permanent, part time position, supporting both the Carrum Downs & Marriott Waters branches. The roster is 18 - 24 hours per week with flexibility on hours/days for the right candidate. The ability to occasionally attend community events outside of normal business hours is also a requirement of the role.What you’ll bring to the roleTo succeed in this role, you’ll be a proud brand ambassador.
