THE ROLE
Based in our Osborne Park office, the Commercial & Business Development Manager is a newly created, senior leadership role with real influence over TDL's future. You'll be the driving force behind new business, working across our Commercial Design, Construction, and Maintenance departments to uncover opportunities, build relationships, and shape the growth of the business.
What you'll own:
* Growth Strategy : Collaborate with department managers to pinpoint market opportunities and design targeted growth strategies.
* Client Relationships : Be the trusted advisor to existing and prospective clients, building long‑term partnerships.
* Winning Proposals : Lead the creation of fee proposals, bids, pre‑qualifications, and tenders.
* Industry Visibility : Represent TDL at events and networking forums, elevating our profile and expanding our reach.
* Data‑Driven Success : Use our CRM to track activity, uncover insights, and turn opportunities into results.
