**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience from initial consultation to project completion.
- Conduct onsite and in-showroom consultations to understand client needs and translate them into design concepts.
- Provide accurate and detailed quotations and proposals based on client requirements and technical considerations.
- Draft, read, and interpret technical plans/drawings to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met with high quality and on time.
- Track and manage sales pipelines, following up with potential leads and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Educate clients on material options, hardware, finishes, and joinery solutions.
- Identify upselling opportunities and advise clients on complementary products and services.
- Handle post-sale communication to ensure client satisfaction and address any service issues.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales and client relations within the custom joinery, kitchen, wardrobe, or bathroom industry.
- Ability to read and draft joinery plans (CAD-based).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with materials, fixtures, and finishes commonly used in high-end interior joinery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Custom Joinery Sales: 3 years (preferred)
