We have an exciting opportunity for a Responsible Sourcing Manager to join our Sydney Team. You will support the delivery of Mirvac's "This Changes Everything" sustainability strategy via supply chain enablement, to embed relevant sustainability objectives and aspirations.
**Your duties include but are not limited to**:
Working with Mirvac colleagues to allocate and embed sourcing related sustainability targets and considerations pragmatically across operations and functional areas via procurement and other group processes and activities, focusing on high impact materials and services Identification of appropriate sourcing options to deliver against relevant targets including cultivation of new external business partners and vendor relationships communicated via appropriate tools and media
Designing and implementing the roadmap and delivery platform to responsible sourcing best practice, leveraging enterprise technology solutions and external inputs (eg ISO 20400: Sustainable Procurement)
Development and production of supporting reporting, insights and action plans, specifically including the Procurement Sustainability Scorecard and consideration of integration into business and functional reporting
Active membership of Scope 3 working groups and being a driver/ champion of supporting initiatives, ensuring that Procurement colleagues and external supply partners are fully engaged as required
Communication and delivery enablement of our social procurement objectives (specifically including Indigenous and social enterprise procurement & partnering), identifying and addressing impediments such as vendor onboarding requirements
Developing and maintaining our modern slavery strategy, roadmap, operational plan and reporting, leveraging functional and business relationships and expertise to substantively remediate and mitigate modern slavery risks and issues in our extended supply chain
Communicating our sustainability aspirations to our external stakeholders, partners (eg Social Traders, Supply Nation) and vendors in a way that enables their effective contribution
Exploring with the business and our external partners new and innovative ways to contribute to our ESG agenda
Review and maintenance of responsible sourcing governance including supporting policies, processes, tools and technology including appropriate training, development and comms solutions for the procurement team and relevant stakeholders

To be successful you will have genuine passion underpinned by pragmatism to make a difference through enablement of the organisation's ESG agenda and highly developed project management, change management and stakeholder influencing/ relationship management skills
Advanced communication capability (written and verbal) to effectively engage at executive level and robust analysis capability to convert data into insights and actions is highly regarded
Finally, you will have the ability to interrogate and enhance policies, processes and procedures to drive business outcomes including via appropriate technology enablement
