What role will you play?
As a Business Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders to design and implement automated, future-ready financial processes and controls. You will lead comprehensive analysis across the value chain, using data and automation to strengthen regulatory outcomes. Your role involves mapping and improving business processes, ensuring smooth transitions between current and future states. With a forward-thinking approach, you will challenge existing practices and identify opportunities for improvement, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
What You Offer
* 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within banking and financial services, with direct involvement in finance transformation projects
* Hands-on experience in implementing enterprise performance management solutions and automating financial control processes
* Proficiency in business process mapping and managing transitions between current and future states
* Practical experience working with general ledger systems and management reporting enhancements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills
* Adaptability, attention to detail, and a growth mindset, with the motivation to drive results in a dynamic environment.
