As a business admin trainee, you will coordinate the management of training and recruitment inboxes, provide support to other team members during peak periods, schedule introductory chats and interviews, and book training and inductions using our learning management system.

This role offers the unique advantage of being directly involved in contributing to key customer-focussed support for renewable energy initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a completion of Year 12 TCE or equivalent. However, even if you don't meet these criteria 100%, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the management of both the training and recruitment inboxes
2. Provide support to other team members as required, particularly during peak work periods
3. In consultation with the Recruitment Partner and Hiring Leads, schedule introductory chats and interviews
4. Using the Learning Management system to book training, record training, answer general queries in the training inbox and book inductions
