About Our Counselling Service
As a specialist sexual assault counsellor, you will provide one-on-one support and advocacy for individuals who have experienced recent or historical trauma. This may involve delivering crisis response within an emergency department setting, coordinating care with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.

About You
You are a compassionate and skilled communicator who is passionate about supporting survivors of sexual assault. With a strong background in social work, counselling or psychology, you possess the necessary qualifications and experience to make a positive impact in this role.
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Counselling or Psychology with eligibility for membership to the AASW or Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or registration as a Psychologist with the APHRA.
