We are seeking an experienced Training Developer to support the AH-64E Apache helicopter program.
The Australian Apaches will join the growing global fleet of more than 1280 aircraft operating in 18 countries, including coalition and regional partners.
This role is based in Oakey working alongside the Army customer.As a Training Developer you will:Conduct training needs analysis to identify customer training requirementsDesign, develop, facilitate and evaluate technical training materials for program customersDevelop and design courses, curriculum and training/instructional materials (including learning objectives, assessment criteria, instructor guides, student handouts, etc.
)Collaborate with subject experts to develop course contentDevelop innovative, relevant and engaging training solutionsEvaluate and update training materials in response to feedback and continuous improvement initiativesEngage effectively with customer representatives and subject matter expertsAbout youTo be successful in this role you will have:Demonstrated experience in the analysis, design, development and evaluation of training (experience in complex Training Needs Analysis)Experience in Training Design / Curriculum Development / Learning DevelopmentStrong technical skill and a high level of proficiency in digital media learning e.g.
