Join us to contribute to infrastructure that supports a sustainable future.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic legal advice to senior leadership and project teams.Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents aligned with policy and commercial objectives.Conduct targeted legal research and analysis to support business decisions.Engage with domestic and international stakeholders to identify and manage legal and commercial risks.Lead and support negotiations, including selecting and managing external legal counsel.Ensure compliance with corporate governance and approval processes.QualificationsMinimum 5 years post-qualified experience (PQE) in legal practice.Strong expertise in front-end construction law, including contracts, procurement, and project delivery.Experience managing legal aspects of major infrastructure projects.Skilled in stakeholder engagement and strategic legal advisory within complex project environments.High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive legal matters.Ability to work independently while coordinating with external legal providers for dispute-related matters.RequirementsAdmitted to practise law in Australia.Demonstrated experience in construction and infrastructure law, focusing on front-end matters.Prior involvement in project delivery within large-scale infrastructure or utilities sectors.Based in or willing to relocate to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, or Adelaide.About ACCIONAACCIONA has been recognised with Top Employer certifications in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 in Australia, reflecting excellence in human resources management and a people-first approach.
