About the Role
The Basic Oxygen Steelmaking (BOS) Department takes molten iron from the Blast Furnace and converts it into steel, which is further transformed into hot rolled coil and Australian building products. The BOS Asset Team manages asset strategies and maintenance activities safely and efficiently.

What you will need
* Australian Recognized Trade Qualification
* Recent work experience as a Boilermaker
* Strong commitment to safe work practices
* Working at Heights and Confined Space (desirable but not essential)

Ventia has maintained a strong relationship with BlueScope in Illawarra for over 20 years, providing maintenance, engineering, and project services, including recent renewal of our contract for maintenance and fire services at BlueScope's Port Kembla Steel Works.
