About the Role
You'll work closely with our install teams supplying and installing reverse-cycle systems, ducted gas, evaporative coolers, and split air conditioners in residential homes.
This role suits someone who is organised, takes initiative, and can think outside the box to deliver quality work every time. You'll be trusted to run your own jobs when required and be a key part of a team that backs each other.
What You'll Be Doing
• Installing and commissioning heating and cooling systems in residential properties
• Diagnosing issues and problem-solving independently to keep jobs moving
• Running your own jobs when required and helping train apprentices
• Working alongside the team to deliver safe, high-quality installs and great customer experiences
What You'll Bring
• Full working rights in Australia
• Current Refrigeration Licence (ARCtick)
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Asbestos Awareness Card
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
• Honest, reliable, and highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
• Good people skills with customers and workmates
• Experience in residential or commercial refrigeration is a bonus
