Business Development Manager – Townsville, Queensland
This role is part of AWX, a leading labour hire and recruitment company. The Business Development Manager will join the team in Townsville and focus on building and growing client and candidate relationships in the blue‐collar sector.
Responsibilities
* Develop strategic and effective candidate and client relationships predominantly in the blue‐collar space.
* Implement new solutions for candidates and clients.
* Identify new business and account growth opportunities and collaborate to pursue these.
* Create and implement business development initiatives for multiple locations.
* Manage forecasts to ensure targets are achieved.
* Mentor and develop the team to ensure their productivity.
Qualifications
* Recruitment experience or relevant business development experience.
* Sales and client relationship management experience.
* Demonstrated communications and presentation skills.
* Intermediate MS Excel & Word skills.
* Proven customer service and sales skills.
* Ability to establish and maintain relationships with client contacts.
* Experience developing and managing high‐performance teams.
