Property Services Team Lead Role
This position is responsible for overseeing all property services and asset management operations across the organization. This includes proactive, planned, cyclical, and vacated maintenance programs, contractor engagement and performance, occupational health and safety compliance, emergency response, asset reporting, and supervising a small team delivering property-related services.
* Manage all operational aspects of property and facilities services, including maintenance programs and day-to-day service delivery.
* Lead contractor relationships, performance monitoring, compliance, and value-for-money outcomes.
* Deliver strategic asset management initiatives, including lifecycle planning, reporting systems, and long-term budget development.
* Respond to property incidents and manage after-hours maintenance services.
* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal policies.
