Role Responsibilities 
Coordinate the full employee life cycle 
Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service 
Achieve sales growth and meet department and store KPI targets 
Launching catalogue campaigns 
Visual Merchandising and building store standards 
Daily recovery & replenishment of stock 
Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit 
High volume stock management and movement 
The Ideal Candidate 
Strong retail store management experience preferred 
Time management & multi-tasking ability 
Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience 
Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace 
Having an owner's mindset for your store 
A passionate attitude that inspires your Team 
A resilient & innovative problem solver 
Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L;, etc.) 
Strong verbal and written communication skills 
IT competency 
First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
