What We're Looking For
Strong time management and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail
A genuine interest in the automotive and transport industry
Previous dealership experience (car or truck) is highly regarded
A "can-do" attitude and strong team spirit
Sound computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
A current driver's licence (essential)
Your Role Will Include
Welcoming and assisting customers in person and over the phone
Creating and processing repair orders and sales reports
Updating internal systems and liaising with workshop and parts departments
Keeping customers informed on their vehicle's service or repair progress
Providing clear and accurate updates on work completed
As a Service Advisor, you'll become a key point of contact for our customers—ensuring they're kept well-informed and satisfied every step of the way.
This front-line role requires a polished, professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
