Commercial Account Manager – Canberra
Flick Anticimex is one of Australia’s leading pest control and hygiene service providers, supporting thousands of commercial clients nationwide.
We’re looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join our Canberra Commercial team and take ownership of a portfolio of established commercial clients, including major hospitality and entertainment groups. This is a relationship‑focused role suited to someone who enjoys managing client partnerships, solving problems, and being the central point of contact for key accounts.
This is not a new business or field sales role. Instead, you’ll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing account activity end‑to‑end, and ensuring a smooth experience across service delivery, billing, and ongoing support.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning and managing a portfolio of commercial client accounts
* Acting as the primary point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email
* Building strong, trusted relationships through regular communication and proactive follow‑ups
* Managing account‑related matters including invoicing queries, billing discrepancies, contract changes, and service history
* Coordinating pricing requests and supporting quote turnaround in collaboration with internal teams
* Monitoring client portals to ensure service records, compliance documentation, and updates are accurate and current
* Working closely with Operations and Service teams to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high client satisfaction
* Maintaining clear account notes, documentation, and follow‑ups to ensure seamless ongoing account management

What we’re looking for
* Experience in account management, client services, customer success, coordination, or commercial operations
* Confident communicator who enjoys managing client relationships and internal stakeholders
* Organised, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of accounts from start to finish
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience with client portals, service platforms, or CRM systems is highly regarded
* Background in administration, customer service, account coordination, or operations within a fast‑paced environment
Working hours & location
* Full‑time, office‑based role in Canberra
* Monday to Friday, standard business hours
* No fieldwork, site visits, or company vehicle required
Salary
$80,000 – $85,000 + super, depending on experience.
