Role
Undertake an operational management role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of Northern Region Ambulance Services.
Responsibilities
* Provide operational leadership by overseeing day-to-day service delivery, coordinating responses, and ensuring operational standards and KPI's are met.
* Manage and support staff through performance oversight, wellbeing support, mentoring, and effective communication across shifts and regions.
* Coordinate and manage complex incidents, including major incidents and planned events, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and interagency collaboration.

Details of Appointment
Permanent full-time shift worker (fully rotational) position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary: $156,149 per annum, with 12% superannuation on top. Salary range is in accordance with Ambulance Tasmania Agreement 2022.

Eligibility
* Registered with the Paramedicine Board of Australia
* Holds a Bachelor of Paramedic Science or other qualification approved by the Service with relevant work experience and an additional qualification in management or equivalent
* Current Driver's Licence
