The Role
This is a hands-on position suited to a senior carpenter with strong wet-area and fit-off experience. You will work across high-end residential projects, taking ownership of quality outcomes and contributing beyond trade-specific carpentry where required.
Key Responsibilities
• Bathroom and renovation carpentry, including framing, fit-off, and finishing
• Wet-area construction to Australian Standards
• Hanging plasterboard and wet-area linings
• Grading floors to achieve compliant shower base falls
• Assisting with sanitary fixture fit-off as required
• Reading plans and working closely with project managers and other trades
• Maintaining clean, organised, and professional worksites
About You
• Minimum 10 years' carpentry experience, with a strong focus on bathroom renovations
• Proven wet-area and fit-off expertise
• Strong understanding of Australian Standards for wet areas
• High attention to detail and pride in premium workmanship
• Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
• White Card, Driver's Licence, and Australian work rights required
