Time Required
4‑hour shift 10 am‑2 pm on weekdays and weekends once or twice a month
Training
All new volunteers receive full onboarding and orientation training to become familiar with the Visitor Centre facilities, procedures, and visitor services standards. After that, volunteers will shadow an experienced Customer Service Officer for several shifts to gain confidence in assisting visitors, handling enquiries, and using the Centre's resources. Ongoing support and guidance are always available from the Visitor Centre team.
