YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the State Manager NSW, the role of NSW Government Business Development manager is a part of the State Leadership team and pivotal in the commercial success of the state.
You will be engaging with the highest levels of Procurement at HealthShare NSW across multiple contracts that Bunzl operate on. Creating and defining both short- and long-term strategies there will never be a dull moment!! This role is not for the feint hearted managing the relationships that span across the boardrooms of Procurement through to Nurse Unit Managers on the floor at the hospital and everything in-between.
You will use your well-honed stakeholder management and people relationship skills to influence key people both inside and outside the business.
ABOUT YOU
Crucial to your effectiveness in this role is your previous success in selling to HealthShare NSW and Local Area Health Districts, ideally 10+ years of experience.
You have strong ability to establish and hold multiple buyer relationships spanning C-Suite to Nurse Unit Managers as well as profound experience in preparing tenders and proposals.
As a genuine professional, you are naturally customer-focused and results-driven, and you understand that the success of the team is greater than the success of the individual.
