About your new job: As a Key Account representative, you will be the face of the business, delivering exceptional customer service and impressions. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Managing a portfolio of claims from start to finish
2. Engaging with key stakeholders to deliver timely outcomes for customers
3. Assessing and finalizing claims payments in a timely and accurate manner
4. Providing exceptional customer service, including claim management, communication, and inquiries
5. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and quality management of claims
About you:
* You should have strong claims or administration skills
* A background in the Power tool Industry is highly regarded but not essential
* You must have high attention to detail and a drive to succeed
* You should be highly organized with excellent communication skills
* You must be able to deliver an excellent customer service experience
* You should have drive and determination to deliver the best outcomes and results
