Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Food Service Team Lead to oversee daily floor operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
This full-time position involves regular morning and weekend shifts with immediate start available.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of food service professionals to deliver efficient service.
* Work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve business objectives.
* Become knowledgeable about our menu offerings to confidently promote them.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team for consistent quality and presentation.
* Supervise, train, and support food service staff.
Key Qualifications:
* 12+ months supervisory experience in hospitality or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel environment.
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
* Strong self-motivation and leadership confidence.
* Diploma in Hospitality Management advantageous but not essential.
* Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
