People & Culture Coordinator Project Role (12-Month Fixed Term) $90k plus super based in inner west
Your new company
We are seeking a motivated People & Culture Coordinator to join a dynamic organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This newly created role will support a series of strategic projects, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance during a period of organisational change.
Your new role
You'll play a key role in managing HR systems, onboarding new employees, and providing advice on policies and entitlements. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to gain exposure to complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience supporting organisations through M&A
* Generate and issue employment contracts
* Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and entitlements
* Conduct quality checks on HR data and resolve discrepancies
* Support employees throughout the transition process
* Deliver basic HRIS training to managers and staff
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a People & Culture or HR administration role
* Strong knowledge of NES, Fair Work Act, and Modern Awards
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Experience with Dayforce HRIS
* Exposure to large-scale projects or multi-site environments
* Understanding of healthcare or service-based industries
