This is a hybrid role, with 2 to 4 days available in practice, and additional WFH hours for tele/ GP admin. The clinic prioritises complex and chronic patients, offering additional outreach services, disease management and preventative care. Part-time or full-time hours are available, with a family-friendly roster ideal for your personal commitments.
