Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and companies.
* Manage complex tax affairs for high-net-worth clients by providing strategic advice on taxation law and fiscal policy.
* Provide high-quality tax and business advisory services to a broad client base through proactive communication and exceptional client care.
* Foster strong client relationships as a primary point of contact and facilitate open dialogue to understand client needs.
* Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement business processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Mentor and develop a small team of professionals to support their growth and success.
