As the Social Media Manager, your role involves
Develop and execute social media activities and generate social media ideas to ensure Samsung is seen as an innovator in the social media industry.
Drive Samsung's engagement across social media platforms and provide support in strategic decisions and reporting on key metrics month on month.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about social media and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the Senior Social Media Lead and agency partners to develop and implement our social media strategy with a focus on always-on activity which includes the integration of product and marketing campaigns.
Own Samsung's social media content calendar and organic publishing, ensuring content is planned in advance, aligns to our social playbook and the calendar remains up to date.
Lead Samsung influencer and advocacy programs.
Work with the team and agency partners to produce best practice social content that will engage and grow our community, ensuring alignment to our social media playbook and business objectives.
Daily social media monitoring to identify trends and opportunities for social to drive engagement and advocacy.
Where required, ability to edit content including videos, imagery, animations and other digital content.
About You
Minimum 3 years social media experience including management of an ongoing content calendar, strategy and ideation plus reporting and insights and understanding the data at hand.
Creative thinking and a customer-centric focus.
Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills.
