We are working with a number of top Australian mid-tier firms seeking suitably experienced employment lawyers to join their teams, from PQE4 to Special Counsel level.
You will be working closely with partners and other team member to support your clients in order to mitigate risk, provide essential legislation updates, and ensure they are across their responsibilities as employers.
You will have PQE relevant experience across all aspects of Employment Relations and Workplace Safety.
In addition, you will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical reasoning, a proven track record in developing and maintaining strong professional relationships, stakeholder management skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and a collaborative approach.
