The Role
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be a key contributor to the success of multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier agreements.
* Administering contracts and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
* Managing budgets, cost control, and procurement processes.
* Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to deliver seamless project execution.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial or residential construction.
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost control.
* Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
