Overview
A high-growth digital agency is hiring a Demand Generation Specialist to support their B2B pod, focused on driving pipeline for SaaS and B2B clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the platforms, managing paid demand generation campaigns and turning strategy into measurable revenue outcomes. You'll work closely with a Demand Generation Manager who leads overall strategy and client relationships, while you take ownership of campaign execution and performance across a portfolio of accounts.
What You'll Do
Paid Campaign Management
* Manage and optimise campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit and Capterra.
You'll Be Responsible For
* Campaign builds and account structure
* Audience targeting and segmentation
* Budget pacing and bidding strategy
* Continuous testing across creatives, messaging and landing pages
* Ensuring tracking and attribution are implemented correctly
Pipeline-Focused Optimisation
Success in this role is measured by pipeline impact, not just leads. You'll analyse funnel performance from click through to MQL and SQL, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and lead quality. You'll also work within HubSpot to track campaign-attributed contacts and manage audience lists.
Reporting & Insights
You'll produce clear performance reports that go beyond metrics to explain what's working, what isn't and what should change. This includes maintaining clean dashboards and contributing to performance reviews where required.
What They're Looking For
* 5+ years in performance marketing
* Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
* Experience managing multiple client accounts
* Familiarity with HubSpot or marketing automation platforms
* Strong understanding of B2B funnel metrics including MQL, SQL and CPL
* Solid knowledge of tracking, attribution and campaign reporting
