Reporting into an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager, the Accounts Officer will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, and contributing to the effective management of resources.
The Role
This 3 month Accounts Officer role will be suitable for an immediately available or soon to be immediately available Accounts Officer, who will report directly to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities will include:
* End-to-end accounts payable & receivable processing
* Prepare supplier payments and manage debtor collections
* Bank, credit card & account reconciliations
* Assist with month-end journals and reporting
* Respond to supplier & customer queries promptly
* Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks
About You
* Immediately available or soon to be immediately available.
* 2+ years end to end AP & AR experience.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Great attention to detail.
* Good, open and positive mindset.
* Proficiency in Netsuite, Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
