Key Responsibilities
* Receive, quote and review hardware requests, liaise with suppliers and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers
* Plan and prioritise sales support activities towards achieving agreed business goals, whilst managing your time and productivity
* Identify sales leads and escalate them to Business Development Managers
* Maintain sales statistics, records of sales performance and the customer database
* Provide administrative support for the production of tenders, bids and other sales related documents
* Handle or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of our products/services
