Job description:
Due to an internal promotion, WAVE FM has a rare opportunity for an energetic and super organised team member to join our well-established team as the Sales Support and Office Coordinator.
About The Role:
* Provide high level administrative and sales support to our Sales Team by assisting with advertising bookings and sales proposals
* Ensure accurate records are maintained on all client bookings, liaise and coordinate with key internal teams to ensure that booking data has been entered correctly, and is on time.
* Deliver daily revenue updates to the Sales team, prepare internal accounts for processing and authorisation, and add to station tracking database with accurate recording of local newspaper, magazine and radio advertising activity.
* Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

* Proven customer service experience and an exceptional communicator, coupled with a passion for putting our clients first.
* A persistent and determined problem solver.
* Highly efficient and effective administrator - with meticulous attention to detail.
* Be a skilled user of all office PC software and other system applications, with the ability to learn and master new programs quickly and proficiently
