About our Client

Our client is a trusted boutique Gold Coast Accounting firm and has an excellent reputation in the industry by taking client care and team professionalism very seriously.


About the Role

Working closely with the Managing Director, this opportunity offers a broad range of responsibilities and is tailored to a self-motivated individual with a passion for providing a high standard of customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Welcoming clients with professionalism and handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
* Prepare, send and track proposals following firm guidelines
* Managing ATO administration and lodging relevant documents
* Liaising with the ATO on ad hoc matters and managing related communications
* Assisting with reporting and data management
* Scheduling jobs and managing workflow pipelines, including WIP tracking
* Providing support to the broader team as needed

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be highly motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering your best work across all areas of the firm.

This is a full-time role, with the flexibility for part time hours for the right candidate. Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to self-motivate are essential. To be considered, you will have:

* Proven administration experience in a professional services environment i.e. accounting or legal is essential
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to build effective relationships with both internal colleagues and external clients
* Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* The ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively
* A proactive, flexible attitude with a genuine desire to contribute to team and client success
