Job Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional administrator to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage travel and accommodation bookings for employees, contractors, and visitors using PeopleTray software.
* Mobilisations: Ensure that documentation meets our requirements.
* Manage personnel rosters and accommodations in PeopleTray, adhering to policies and procedures.
* Support training for end-users on the people management software (PeopleTray).
* Guarantee accurate and reliable daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, including village occupancy reconciliation.
* Reconcile credit card statements.
* Assist in maintaining a current administration manual.
* Prepare purchase requisitions and work orders in Pronto as required.
* Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
* Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the commercial manager.
* Identify and assist in implementing improvement opportunities for site administration processes and communications.
* Working knowledge of mining operations.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience with high-volume flight bookings.
* Knowledge and experience of flight booking systems, preferably PeopleTray.
* Experience using ERP systems such as Pronto.
* High attention to detail.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and multitask.
* MS Office experience.
