Organizational Change Management Professional Role

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to manage people impact of changes effectively
* Support stakeholder identification, management, and engagement, as well as resolution of stakeholder risks and issues
* Communicate, engage, coach, train, and track metrics to support change transition and adoption
* Develop change artefacts, including impact assessments, change plans, communications plans, training plans, and business readiness assessments
* Design and develop change documentation as required
Requirements
* Experience in delivering organization-wide regulatory change
* Experience in developing and delivering training programs
* Strong understanding of change management methodologies and value within a project
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to develop relationships with stakeholders
* Strong organizational skills to achieve deadlines and prioritize effectively
* Demonstrated experience in developing change management deliverables
* Knowledge and understanding of various impacts of change and business drivers
* Proactive, positive attitude, self-starter to drive toward an optimal outcome
