We are currently on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator (E-Commerce). Working in conjunction with the Social Media Coordinator and under the guidance of the Marketing Manager you will develop and lead the creation of online, website and digital campaign content in all mediums to maximise sales and the online conversion of the Riff Raff Baby and Riff Raff Pets product range. We have our vision firmly set on growth; growth within our product range, which has seen us expand our lines to include a range of complimentary products, growth within our audience which has seen us introduce a new category of products focusing on pets, and growth across geographic locations with a targeted expansion into the USA and UK to begin with. With our recent expansion into the world of Pets and our endless supply of cute babies you will never be far from endless UGC to utilize.
This exciting role will have you working directly with our Marketing Manager within our AFR Fast Great Place to Work certified, company. This position is full time and based out of our Brunswick (Melbourne) HQ.
WHO ARE YOU?
You are a self-starting, Marketing e-comm guru who loves to stay up to date with all things Shopify and loves nothing more than making sales. As the Marketing Coordinator (E-Commerce) you will be responsible for driving a strong digital and online platform, growing online sales, fostering customer engagement and supporting other digital marketing projects. You are ready to throw big ideas into the ring and be part of our epic growth journey within Australia, USA, UK and beyond.
SKILLS YOU HAVE:
* Marketing Degree from a recognised institution
* Minimum 12 months proven experience working in a similar role.
* Proven experience in developing an organisations digital marketing strategy and its digital calendar
* Experience and success working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
* Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics and Google Sheets
* Strong written and verbal communication and reporting skills, including the ability to create, rewrite and distribute engaging content.
* A passion for online marketing and deeply understanding your customer, you keep up to date with the latest blogs, trends, tools and creative insights.
* A friendly and team-focused attitude
