About the role:
* Support the Counter Manager in driving daily operations, team performance, and achieving sales & service targets
* Lead by example on the floor, delivering exceptional customer service and skincare consultations that reflect the Clarins standard
* Coach and mentor team members, providing on-the-spot feedback, training, and support to elevate performance
* Assist with stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising to ensure counter presentation is always brand-aligned
* Step into leadership duties in the absence of the Counter Manager, including rostering, reporting, and team coordination
* Build lasting client relationships through expert product knowledge, clienteling, and follow-up service
* Champion brand values, maintaining professionalism, high grooming standards, and a strong understanding of Clarins' plant-based skincare philosophy
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support promotional events, activations, and cross-brand opportunities
