About this role:
Lead Tenant Team Leaders play a pivotal part in overseeing the operational aspects of Lead Tenant services.
* They are responsible for recruiting, assessing, supporting and monitoring Lead Tenants to ensure they deliver optimal results.
* The successful candidate will supervise the Lead Tenants and collaborate closely with Case Managers to drive service excellence.
* Additionally, they will coordinate service provision within the region and foster partnerships with other organizations to enhance outcomes.
This is a part-time opportunity that requires 22.8 hours of work per week over a fixed term of 12 months, based in Footscray, VIC.
Key Selection Criteria include knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values, appropriate tertiary qualifications, and experience in youth welfare practice.
