**About The Role**:
This role is essential in driving student enrollment by promoting Health Careers courses at our Perth campus. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing enrollments for our domestic and international programs. The position also involves building strong relationships with industry partners and educational institutions. Working closely with internal teams, the Executive will implement strategies to meet individual and campus-wide targets. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong sales and marketing skills who thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies, ensuring a steady increase in the number of enrolled students.
- Implement revenue-generating initiatives, monitor financial performance, and explore opportunities for diversified revenue streams.
- Identify, negotiate, and formalize partnerships that contribute to the growth and reputation of IHNA
- Optimize marketing and communication strategies to enhance the conversion of prospective students into enrolled students
- Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, represent the institution at events, and implement branding initiatives to enhance IHNA's reputation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, educational institutions, and community networks.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development within the education sector, preferably in Australia.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote educational institutions.
- Strong understanding of the Australian education system and familiarity with relevant industry regulations.
- Ability to negotiate and finalize agreements with educational institutions, industry bodies, and other relevant partners.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools, CRM, and Microsoft
- Must willing to travel across Australia
