Deliver Lead, Australia & NZ at Kenvue. Location: Asia Pacific, Australia, New South Wales, Sydney. Work Location: Fully Onsite. 
What you will do 
This individual will be responsible for leading the deliver function for Australia and New Zealand Operations in matters of strategic partnership, building cost improvement programs, unlocking agility and efficiency across the physical flow of products, delivering on P&L; targets of IBF and SG&A; and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver to customers reliably. He/She will operate as interface with ANZ and regional Deliver counterparts for enhancing operations and capabilities support. 
Core responsibilities 
- Defining and planning a multi-year transformation program, aligning with broader Operations transformation initiatives to drive value across end-to-end Deliver activities. 
- Direct accountability for the cluster Business Plan and long-range strategic plans for Deliver for financials and prioritized initiatives – align with Supply Chain, Commercial and APAC Deliver strategies/plans. 
- Interface with customers, end-to-end supply chain and commercial teams to translate reliability and agility targets into day-to-day operations. 
- Drive high impact end-to-end initiatives within Deliver across the cluster, partnering with stakeholders within the cluster and regional counterparts. 
- Develop mid to long term distribution network strategy by market assessment, customer value proposition and business strategies, and adjust annually in partnership with country/cluster and regional counterparts. 
- Direct accountability for all Distribution, outbound Transportation, Import/Export and Trade Compliance for country/cluster. 
- Owns and orchestrates country/cluster Deliver performance (financial and non-financial KPIs) with annual targets. 
- Coordinate significant change to deliver value, supported by digital Deliver Operations solutions, Core Digital, Intelligent Automation and Data + Analytics foundations through the program lifecycle. 
- Ensure robust quality and compliance throughout Deliver in country/cluster, partnering with E2E SC and compliance pillars to monitor performance and resolve compliance risk quickly. 
- Drive continuous improvement and foster a Continuous Process Improvement culture in country/cluster. 
- Build long-term partnerships with strategic customers and suppliers by exploring innovative distribution and logistics solutions to meet their needs. 
- Develop talent and ensure Deliver teams demonstrate functional excellence. Sponsor and mentor key talent while building leadership capabilities within the team. 
- Develops talent and Deliver teams with future-focused capabilities (e.g., Digital); sponsor key talent across end-to-end supply chain. 
- May manage/lead and influence without authority over extended teams including partner functions (Quality, Finance, HR, IT) as well as GDEx and IRTE.

Qualifications 
- 15+ years end-to-end supply chain experience or experience across multiple supply chain functions in a highly matrixed, global organization 
- Core supply chain competencies in planning and delivering, financial acumen for managing P&L;, leadership skills 
- Experience managing a large warehouse (15,000+ pallet footprint) with proven metrics for Inventory Accuracy, stock claims, lead time scores and SLOB 
- Experience leading warehouse transformations, RFP/RFQ processes, and warehouse movements with minimal disruption 
- Strong understanding of WMS, TMS, EDI, ASN and other integrated digital applications 
- Robust understanding of AU/NZ customer landscape, 3PL & transportation providers, and brokers 
- Experience in FMCG or a regulated industry of similar complexity is preferred 
- Strategic thinking with a track record of driving growth and improving financial performance 
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build high-performance, engaged cultures 
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills across organizations and levels 
Preferred requirements / competencies 
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or MS preferred. Degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
