The Opportunity
As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for setting the strategy and driving the sales across all projects. You’ll manage an in-house team of Marketing & Sales Managers while also leading relationships with external master agents and channel partners.
This is a hands-on and influential leadership role suited to someone who can balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies across multiple masterplanned communities
* Lead, mentor, and grow the internal sales and marketing team
* Manage and drive performance of external master agents and sales partners
* Monitor market trends and buyer behaviour to inform project positioning and pricing
* Oversee marketing campaigns, digital strategy, project launches, and collateral
* Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting and insights to the board
* Collaborate with all internal stakeholders across departments
About You
* Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role within residential development – ideally across masterplanned communities
* Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of delivering on sales targets
* Demonstrated ability to lead internal teams and manage agency relationships, with existing relationships with agents
* Able to operate at both strategic and operational levels
* Bilingual in Mandarin and English is highly regarded
* Collaborative, driven, and hands-on leadership style
* Values-aligned and motivated to contribute to something long-term
