Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce developer with experience in Field Service, Agent force, Data 360, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and administrators to create efficient and scalable applications that enhance business processes and drive exceptional user experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Custom Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications, features, and integrations using Salesforce technologies such as Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Apex and Lightning Components, Agent force Agents
* Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
* Code Review and QA: Collaborate with other developers to review code, ensure best practices, and maintain code quality standards.
* Release Management: Manage and deploy changes using Salesforce change sets and/or version control tools, ensuring a controlled and efficient release process.
* Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing timely support to users and administrator.
Qualifications & Certifications (Optional)
* Required Certifications - Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II and Field Service (desired)
* Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Lightning Components, Flows
* Experience in AngularJS and Conga Doc Gen is desirable.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative development tools.
* Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Salary Range: >$100,000 Date of Posting: 11-Feb-26
