About the Role
Davmar Industries is seeking a motivated Full-Time Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team based in Yatala. You’ll manage an established customer portfolio across the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions while also driving new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and building strong customer relationships within the Construction, Civil, and Building sectors.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Proactively sourcing and developing new sales leads through outreach, networking, and responding to customer enquiries
* Building and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients
* Offering expert product advice and tailored solutions to meet customer needs
* Negotiating pricing and contract terms to successfully close sales
* Delivering exceptional customer service and timely follow-up support
* Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
* Maintaining accurate CRM data and preparing regular sales reports
What We’re Looking For
* Proven sales experience, preferably in construction or building supply industries
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence buying decisions
* Confident negotiation and closing abilities
* A consistent track record of achieving (and surpassing) sales targets
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service
