Experienced Painter Wanted – Neda Painting (Canberra)
Neda Painting is a growing, family-owned painting business based in Canberra, and we're looking for an experienced painter to join our team.
We're after someone who can hit the ground running. This is not a role for someone who is brand new to the industry or looking to be trained from scratch. We want someone with solid experience, strong standards, and the ability to work independently and represent the business well on site.

About the role
You will be working across a range of residential and commercial painting projects in Canberra and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, communicates well, and can be trusted to get the job done properly without being micromanaged.

Key responsibilities
* Surface preparation including sanding, filling, patching and priming
* Interior and exterior painting
* Delivering high-quality finishes across residential and commercial jobs
* Keeping worksites clean, organised, and professional
* Communicating clearly with the owner and other team members
* Managing smaller jobs or sections of work independently when required
* Representing the business professionally with clients and other trades on site
