Producing around 100 million litres of product per year!We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Manufacturing Team Member to join our team at Crestmead. This role ensures that all Production functions are carried out effectively, efficiently, and timely and delivers products safely, of the highest quality, at the lowest cost, with minimal waste in the correct quantity when required.The successful candidate must be flexible and available to work the afternoon shift, starting at 2:00 PM and finishing at 12:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with the potential for additional overtime as required.**Responsibilities*** Operating production machines and performing changeover processes.* Working effectively and efficiently to reduce downtime* Reporting safety incidents and maintenance requirements* Ensure high quality and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations and company policies and procedures.* Record production data and complete quality documentation accurately**About you*** Experience in a manufacturing /warehouse environment is desired* Mechanical mindset with basic computer literacy skills* Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn* Problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a high-performing team.* A forklift licence will be well regarded**Bega Group Story**Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
