Position Summary:
1. Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
2. Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
3. Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
4. Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
5. Collaborate with your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
6. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings

8. Relevant experience in a similar role
